postage & Returns

postage POLICY

Buy with us with trust that we will package and mail within 2-3 working days. You are also welcome to come to the shop to pick up your item directly, you'll need to choose the option 'collection' if you want to do this and arrange by email when you'd like to pick it up.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

REFUNDS:

If the item you have received you feel doesn't match to the description or is faulty, then please contact us regarding your complaint and return the item back to us so we can assess the claim. If we uphold your complaint we will refund you in full.

RETURNS:

If the item you receive doesn't fit (clothing, shoes) we will accept a return. If it's any other item we cannot accept returns.
